Close to 2/3rds of data breaches involve a human behaviour (Verizon DBIR, 2025). This means that the biggest opportunity for risk reduction comes from switching your staff on to cyber.

We deliver the weekly briefings via our Microsoft Teams App. The briefings can be completed on both desktop (web + app) and mobile and occur end to end without needing to leave the Sentra chat.

We get people to understand the relevance of behaviour in cyber, and relate cyber security to themselves. We do this by pointing to real world incidents and trends, pulling out the human component and giving actionable advice on how they could have thwarted the attack.

We map each briefing to ISO27001 and NIST frameworks to support your compliance in key risk areas. This mapping will be automatically included in automated monthly reports, and can be found and exported via the Sentra Admin Portal.

Behavioural topics include phishing, vishing, smishing, quishing, tailgating, shoulder surfing, reporting, password hygiene, installing updates/patches, social media, physical security, public networks, eavesdropping, incident response, communication, procurement, welfare, remote working, AI usage and many many more…

Reports are automatically generated monthly, but can be manually generated via the Admin Dashboard at any time.

You can install the publicly available Sentra App for all of your staff via Microsoft Group Policies within the Teams Admin Centre. This will distribute the app and automatically trigger user induction notifications.

 

Your staff will also gain instant access to all previous briefings via the Library tab.

 

Detailed deployment instructions are provided upon purchase to facilitate a smooth onboarding.

We understand that weekly cyber briefings can include sensitive or business-critical topics, and we take great care in selecting and curating each one. Before every briefing is produced, we carry out a standardised internal review to assess the topic for sensitivity, relevance, insight, and audience interest.

We support payments from company Debit/Credit cards, Direct Debit, BACS, and Invoicing + Bank Transfer. Simply select your payment method during checkout.

 

Accounts are typically activated once payment is received. This is instantly for card payments, typically 3 days for Direct Debit and BACS, and upon Invoice payment receipt.

 

If ‘Custom Invoicing’ is selected during checkout, a member of the Sentra team will reach out to understand your specific software procurement processes and how we can meet your onboarding requirements.

Setup depends on whether you have an internal Teams account.

 

If you have an internal admin, we give them a one-page guide.

If not, you can connect us with your IT provider and we’ll handle it with them.

We currently guarantee specialised briefings to those in the financial sector at least once a month, which are blended seamlessly into the regular weekly briefings.

Yes. At the moment, Sentra is delivered through Microsoft Teams.

We are actively exploring integrations with other platforms, such as Slack, and will announce any future changes in due course.
